Interfaith and Intercultural Dialogue

Over the past decade, all of the philanthropic activities of MBI Al Jaber have had the promotion of interfaith and intercultural dialogue at their heart.

His scholarship programmes have awarded scholarships regardless of ethnicities or religions with the aim of bringing students from across the region together to study with their peers from around the world in global settings such as London.  Universities can act as global forums for cultural and intellectual exchange and to encourage interfaith and intercultural dialogue among today’s youth.

By sponsoring projects that educate the West on the culture and traditions of the Middle East, MBI Al Jaber has encouraged dialogue between the peoples of the two regions and throughout the world.  Projects of this nature sponsored through the MBI Al Jaber Foundation include the annual Seminar on Arabian Studies and the recent Edge of Arabia contemporary art exhibit.
